Shipping/Processing:
At Vonteria's Vanity, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as efficiently as possible. Please allow 24-48 business hours for us to provide you with a tracking number. Due to a high volume of orders, response times may take 24-72 hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure a smooth delivery process. Refunds:
If you wish to return items that did not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. You have a further 14 days to return the items, unused and in their original condition, along with proof of purchase. Once we have received the items, we will arrange an exchange or refund within 14 days to the person who originally purchased the items. Please note that we do not have a free returns policy, and items must be returned at your own cost. However, we will issue a full refund or exchange if the product has arrived damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault. If your parcel appears to have been damaged during transit, please notify us immediately via email at Vonteriasvanity@gmail.com, including photographs of the damaged item(s). If you have purchased one of our products from a retailer and are unhappy, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund. However, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund from the retailer directly, depending on their returns policy, which is at the discretion of the individual retailer.
Exchanges and Returns:
To initiate a return, please email us at Vonteriasvanity.com to notify us before posting your order. You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging. Please mail your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.
No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs, and excise charges levied for overseas orders, either for refunds or exchanged items. All items that are returned and exchanged can only be made once. We reserve the right and full discretion to refuse a refund or exchange if the items you wish to return are the same item(s) as a previous order. Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
